We are entering our final cycle of the 5-3-1 Program. Like before, add 10# to the BASE weight of your Squat and Deadlift and 5# to the BASE weight of your Press and Bench Press. This month is going to be heavy and we will be seeing A LOT of PRs! Dig in, fight for it, and lift some heavy shit!
