This is the final week of our Starting Strength program. We have seen some amazing improvements in strength over the last 3 months. Next we will be moving into an Olympic Lifting cycle after taking a couple of weeks to test our progress and let our bodies repair and recover. Stay tuned for details on the next cycle.
